3 Day Uganda Gorilla safari with Double Trekking in Bwindi
The 3 days gorilla safari Uganda starts in Kampala (Uganda) and ends in Kigali (Optional) with double gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in south western Uganda (Kigali). Below is proposed detailed day by day itinerary;
Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest

Road to Western Uganda - Bwindi Forest
Arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by your expert guide who will provide knowledge and assistance throughout your safari. Your journey takes you through the beautiful terraced hills to the forested slopes of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The long journey through the rapidly changing landscape takes you to Mahogany Springs Lodge, Nkuringo Gorilla Camp, Gorilla Mist Camp OR Gift of nature Lodge.
Day 2: First Gorilla trekking – Music, Dance and Drama from the Batwa
After enjoying an early breakfast, you set off for gorilla tracking. Trekking through the steep, densely forested hills and then finally coming across the gorillas camouflaged in the vegetation is an inspiring and privileged moment. Tracking in the Bwindi forest requires some fitness and can often take most of the day. Return to your Lodge for relaxation as we prepare for afternoon lots of entertainment from the Batwa communities. Discover the traditions of the Batwa Pygmies, and learn about the native tribal inhabitants of the forest. The indigenous people of Bwindi forest, though no longer resident in the forest, still practice many of their traditional hunter-gatherer skills. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: second gorilla tracking – Transfer to Kigali, Rwanda – Departure
After breakfast, you will enjoy another gorilla safari experience. At this time you will visit another gorilla family for comparative study. Return to your Lodge for lunch and then transfer to Kigali International Airport for your flight back home.
