WHY IS IT BETTER TO TRAVEL TO UGANDA OR RWANDA IN LOW SEASON?
Uganda is known as the pearl of Africa, a name given to her by Winstone Churchill on his visit to Uganda. He realized that Uganda is among the best tourist destination with unique tourist attraction on earth. Uganda is endowed with lots of wild animals, birds, relief and drainage among others.
On the other hand, Rwanda is known as the land of a hundred and a thousand hills with a variety of birds, wildlife, drainage and amazing relief comprising of the mighty Virunga Mountains.
The two countries are among the best travel destinations in Africa and they are near each other. Each country receives many tourists every day, all year around. However, if you are money saver, then it’s better to travel in Low season. In Uganda and Rwanda, low season occurs in April, May and November. During the low season, travelers are given discount on accommodation and some few other activities. The Uganda some of the activities like chimpanzee trekking are discounted in low season.
There is low pressure in the parks during low season since few people visit the parks during the season. Travelers who are not willing to engage groups are advised to travel in low season.
Some tour operators offer trips at low rates because of low demand during low season. If you are a traveler willing to save some money, try to make inquiries for low season rates you will testify.
Some Airlines offer flights at low rates in low season compared to high season, for example flights to United Arab Emirates. It should also be noted that some prices are determined by the forces of demand and supply so; travelers who move in low seasons tends to get low rate crafts, food, drinks and fuel among others.
In low season, travelers enjoy activities in small groups which facilitate client - guide relationship. Rangers can easily handle a small group and teach them to their satisfaction.
