Safari quotation inclusion and exclusion
After costing our safaris, we clearly indicate what a safari include and what it excludes to avoid misunderstanding. The cost of the safari depends on the nature of the safari, number of visitors, number of the days and the type of accommodation among others.
The safari costs include:
-Gorilla trekking permits per person
-Chimpanzee trekking permits per person
-Boat cruises/ canoe ride
-Private transport from day one to the last day on 4 x 4 comfortable safari vehicles with a pop-up roof for excellent game viewing and photography.
-Services for the professional safari Guide/ driver
-Accommodation and meals (Lodges and Hotels)
-Payments for your full time English speaking tour guide/ driver
- En route Meals
-Bottled mineral water for refreshment
-All park entry fees and all activities as per the itinerary.
-All Government taxes
The costs Exclude:
-Visas
-Flight
-Personal gears, tips, alcohol/ beverages
-Optional activities and any other extras not detailed in the above itinerary
ACCOMMODATION HIGHLIGHTS:
-Luxury Lodges/ Hotels/ Camps, have private balconies, beautiful views and private facilities like bathrooms and toilets.
-Deluxe/ mid range, provides mediocre accommodations, comfortable and clean private bathrooms, toilets and provides clear views.
-Budget lodge/ hotel/ camps, have private bathrooms and toilets but not guaranteed. Some have shared facilities.
