You can fly into Kigali International Airport, from where our safari guide can pick you and then transfer you to Katuna boarder for clearance – cross to Uganda and proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable forest. Our 4x4 safari vehicle with a pop up roof will offer your en route view of different attractions – you can take as many photos as you can!!

After clearing at the border, you will cross to Uganda with clear view of the unique vegetation, hills, and valleys among other, as you proceed to the home of Mountain Gorillas in Uganda. You can trek Gorillas in Mgahinga Forest national park or Bwindi impenetrable forest national park depending on which permit you booked. It should be noted that Gorilla permits are booked in advance due to their high demand throughout the year.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking – return to Kigali – Departure

After breakfast, you will join fellow trekkers at the briefing point. Be briefed about the dos and donts while with Gorillas. Thereafter, you will be led by ranger guides to search for mountain Gorillas in their natural environment. The Game rangers will ensure informative and enjoyable Gorilla safari in Uganda. Return to for lunch and then hit the road back to Kigali for your evening departure.
